When do I pay the refunding fee?

You pay the refunding fee to JoeSupport/JoeChops after receiving the official refund confirmation email from the company, not when the money is credited to your card/PayPal or after selling items. This ensures you only pay the 20% fee (minimum £150/£200) once the refund is confirmed, protecting you from any risk of being scammed.
